  • API-based programmatic access to data and analytics
  • Web-based dashboards, reports, and interactive tools

Agora Sigma does not provide investment advice, financial brokerage, execution services, or recommendations. All outputs are for informational and analytical purposes only.

3. Registration and Account Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract our proprietary models or algorithms
  • Interfere with system integrity, performance, or security

Nothing provided by Agora Sigma constitutes financial advice, trading advice, or investment recommendation. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Agora Sigma, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • lost profits
  • lost data
  • business interruption
  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

If you use the Services for free, you agree that our liability is zero.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agora Sigma from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • violations of these Terms
  • misuse of data or analytics
  • unlawful or unauthorized activities

14. Service Modifications

Upon termination:

  • You may request deletion of your data

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • update the “Last Updated” date, and
  • post the revised version on our website

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
